Uric acid increases insulin resistance; likewise, hyperinsulinemia uric concentration, and both are global health problems. This study is conducted to find the association between serum blood glucose level. was a cross-sectional in Department of Biochemistry Internal Medicine at Dhulikhel Hospital, Nepal, for duration six months (September 2021 - February 2022). A total 130 diabetic patients who consented were compared with non-diabetics by using non-probability convenient sampling technique. Data analyzed Statistical Package Social version 16.0. Analytical data Mann Whitney U test, Spearman correlation performed correlate numerical parameters. significance defined as two-sided p-value less than 0.05. The median level significantly higher diabetics non-diabetics; positively correlated (p<0.05). Hyperuricemia more Serum increased increase age diabetes.
